Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using geidid.com, creating an account, completing an assessment, purchasing a report, or otherwise using GeidID, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who We Are and Contact

These Terms are an agreement between you and Better Mind Media LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Better Mind Media," "we," "us," or "our"), which owns and operates the GeidID service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use paid features. By using GeidID, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding agreement.

The Service

GeidID combines personality, Enneagram, and Sun sign inputs to create The First Layer and five AI-generated Core Reports. Each Core Report may be unlocked individually or as a bundle.

Assessment results are one per account. If your account already has a result, GeidID may return the existing result instead of creating a new one.

Accounts and Security

You may sign in with email and password or through a supported third-party sign-in option. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

GeidID readings and reports are generated with AI from a derived profile containing your Sun sign, personality, and Enneagram evidence. Better Mind Media does not send the AI provider your name or the birth month and day you entered. The readings and reports are offered for self-reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, career, or other professional advice.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your circumstances. You should not rely on GeidID content as a substitute for qualified professional judgment or care.

Pricing and Payments

Individual Core Reports cost $9.95 USD each. The bundle of all five Core Reports costs $39.95 USD when all five remain locked. If you already own one or more reports, a request to unlock the rest excludes those reports and charges $9.95 USD for each report still locked. Prices may change for future purchases. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, and applicable taxes may be added or collected as required by law.

Refunds

Better Mind Media sells instantly delivered digital content through GeidID. Once a report is unlocked or delivered to your account, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where the content was not delivered because of a technical fault attributable to Better Mind Media.

If you believe there was a delivery problem, contact support@geidid.com with the email address used for your purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the service.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass service controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit report content.
• Use the service for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
• Upload or submit information you do not have the right to use.

Intellectual Property

Better Mind Media owns the GeidID service, including its software, interface, branding, prompts, systems, and non-user content. You keep ownership of the assessment inputs you provide.

When you unlock a generated report, Better Mind Media grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read, copy, and download that report for your own personal use.

Third-Party Services

Better Mind Media relies on third-party services to operate GeidID, including providers for payment processing, optional sign-in, and content generation. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Mind Media disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Mind Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Better Mind Media's total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Better Mind Media for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Better Mind Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for Better Mind Media, GeidID, or other users, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
